Small domestic repair scaffolds are sometimes the scaffolds that matter most to the homeowner — the rainwater goods that have been failing all winter, the pointing repair the insurer has asked for, the broken ridge tile that’s been annoying a family member for months. They’re not the big-ticket commercial jobs that fill our programme, but they’re the jobs where the quality of the service shows through.
We treat a one-chimney scaffold with the same care as a major commercial job. CISRS-carded scaffolder, proper handover, clean install, neat strip, and on time. That’s what the homeowner is paying for, and it’s the standard we hold ourselves to regardless of the scaffold’s value.
Working with local builders and roofers
Many of our maintenance jobs come through local builders and roofers who’ve worked with us before. The advantage to the trade is that we’re a known quantity — the quote lands quickly, the install happens on time, and we’re on the phone if the programme shifts. The advantage to us is the repeat work, which keeps the yard productive across the quieter weeks of the commercial calendar.

Most of our maintenance quotes start with a phone call or a few photos. We’ll ask what the trade is doing, where the access is needed, and when the job is scheduled — and usually we can get you a ballpark number within a day. For firm quotes we’ll come and walk the property, but for simple repeat-type work a phone quote is often enough to get started.
